This wedding day at The Raymond Venue for Morgan & Cathryn was absolutely beautiful! And so much fun!

I’ve actually known Cathryn & her family for years because her sister is one of my closest friends from college! So it was such a joy for me to get the spend the day hanging out with the DeLisles as I photographed the wedding! She also had the most amazing team of vendors that made the whole day run so smoothly!

I truly felt so honored that I was asked to be a part of this wedding & I loved looking back through all of the photos! There were so many perfect moments from this day, & I’m beyond excited to be able some of my favorites on the blog! 🤍

PREPARING FOR THE WEDDING

We met Cathryn & her bridesmaids in the gorgeous bridal suite at The Raymond! I love this space so much! It really is the perfect backdrop for “getting ready” photos. We also ran over to the Bird Dog where the groomsmen were getting ready! This space is truly the best I’ve seen for groomsmen during the wedding day. They were having a ton of fun, & we loved getting to photograph those moments!

Once Cathryn was ready, she shared some sweet first looks with her bridesmaids, dad, & brother! She was such a gorgeous bride & I loved seeing everyone’s reaction to her in her dress! But of course, the best first look was with Morgan! They were both so excited to see each other! But the best part was that right after their first look, they read their vows to one another. It was one of my favorite moments from their day!

From there, we got to take some stunning portraits of Morgan, Cathryn, & their bridal party! Something I love about The Raymond Venue is that it’s right in the middle of the cutest downtown area. There are so many beautiful locations for portraits!

Because Morgan & Cathryn chose to do a first look, we got all of their photos done before the ceremony! This gave everyone the chance to relax before their ceremony began, which was perfect!

CEREMONY & RECEPTION

The ceremony took place outside & was so lovely! Cathryn’s dad officiated the wedding, which was the sweetest thing. You can see the pure joy on Morgan & Cathryn’s faces after they were officially married & walking down the aisle together as the Washams! It was precious!

We had some time after the ceremony to take some more portraits of the two of them! These were definitely my favorite photos of the day. Morgan & Cathryn are a gorgeous couple & made my job so easy! It was definitely hot outside, but they did amazing & I love how the photos turned out🤍

The reception was a ton of fun! This is always the best part of a wedding day! It’s just great for everyone to finally be able to relax & celebrate together! Morgan & Cathryn Washam are definitely surrounded by a ton of friends & family who love them, & it was so great to see everyone have fun celebrating them!

This truly was the best day & I’m so thankful I could be there to photograph it! So excited for the Washams as they enter into this new season as a married couple!! 🎉
