Last weekend, I had the privilege of visiting Bellawood the Venue in Florence, Mississippi. I will be shooting a Mississippi wedding at this venue next May, so I wanted the chance to explore the venue for myself. Bellawood far exceeded every single expectation I had!! For starters, it is breathtakingly beautiful! There are also so many gorgeous locations for photos throughout the entire venue! From the stunning building itself, to the beautiful oak trees lining the entrance, Bellawood really could not be more picture perfect! I’m here to share why you should consider this location for your Mississippi wedding venue!
Bellawood Bride Room
I love any venue that has a specific room set aside for the bride & bridesmaids to get ready! Bellawood has an absolutely perfect bride room, with plenty of space & light for the bride & bridesmaids to prepare for the big day! There are gorgeous mirrors throughout the room, along with spaces to relax. This adds to the ease of a wedding day, as well as provides a perfect location for “getting ready photos.” I absolutely loved this space in the venue!
Bellawood Groom’s Room
Not only does Bellawood offer a space for bridesmaids; they also a specific room for the groom & groomsmen! It really does help a wedding day to flow so easily when the bride and groom both have a separate space to prepare for the day! It also gives everyone the chance to spend valuable time with their friends and family as they prepare for the wedding! I loved this space so much!
The Ceremony at Bellawood the Venue
The ceremony: the most important part of the wedding day! And it’s hard to imagine a more perfect location to say “I do” than this breathtaking ceremony space at Bellawood! I absolutely adore the white brick, the pews, and the natural lighting! The whole venue is really a photographer’s dream come true! This location really makes for the picture perfect ceremony that every couple dreams of! I can not wait to capture a ceremony here!
Reception at Bellawood the Venue
Bellawood offers the perfect space (both indoors and outdoors) to host a reception! The inside is incredibly spacious and offers plenty of room for eating, drinking, and dancing! There’s a beautiful bar inside the venue as well! Outdoors, you’ll find seating around a fire pit, along with the gorgeous views of the venue! The bride & groom could easily share a first dance inside the building or outside in the courtyard! Bellawood provides so much variety for a reception.
Bellawood the Venue: Less Stress, More Fun!
There are so many amazing things about Bellawood! I think, overall, the best thing that this venue offers is ease in the planning process! As you saw above, you have everything you need here! Space to get ready, a gorgeous ceremony location, and the perfect space for an on-site reception! On top of that, Bellawood offers access to their entire decor room, along with their tables and chairs. They work with caterers and florists to take care of everything on that end as well!
